ABOUT US

The Mahlex Group was founded by Mahir Ozdilek and Alex Wade, who specialize in repositioning mulit-residential, commercial and industrial properties. Their niche market is to acquire underperforming assets in the Greater Montreal Area and conduct capital improvements and deferred maintenance repairs in order to rehabilitate the physical aspect and financial performance.

Mahir Ozdilek is a co-founding partner and co-President of The Mahlex Group. Mr Ozdilek is a residential real estate developer with over 18 years of experience. He specializes in acquiring, redeveloping and selling multi-residential properties. Since 2016, Mr. Ozdilek built a real estate portfolio of multi-residential investment properties located within the Greater Montreal Area. Mr. Ozdilek has worked in the financial banking industry for 8 years with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Mr. Ozdilek also served on various boards and committees, such as, l'Authorité des Marchés Financiers du Québec and CORPIQ. Mr. Ozdilek is also the founder and President of Immo Realties which specializes in real estate management and development but has recently merged the company with The Mahlex Group.

Alex Wade is a co-founding partner and co-President of The Mahlex Group. Mr. Wade started his real estate career over 20 years ago in the Greater Montreal Area. Originally starting out as a real estate broker, Mr. Wade quicky leveraged his capabilities to redevelop and manage investment properties for his own account. Within the last 10 years, Mr. Wade has built a real estate portfolio consisting of mulit-residential, commercial and industrial properties in the Greater Monteal Area. Mr. Wade's core strength is project management and his in-depth knowledge of building systems. His passion for real estate and staying on budget is the driving force of his success today.
